Listed below, you will find our current rates. We bill & read meters bi-monthly and our base rate is $130 for 10,000 gallons of water. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you.
Base rate for upto the first 10,000 gallons used : $130.00.
Tier 1 - Overage rate from 10,000 to 20,000 gallons over the base: $8.00/1000 gallons.
Tier 2 - Overage rate from 20,000 + gallons over the base: $16.00/1000 gallons.
Note:
Leaks that members have on their side of the meter, which are documented and repaired: usage over the base 10,000 gallons will be charged at the Tier 1 rate of $8.00/1000 gallons instead of the Tier 2 rate.
